If you're a fan of Freycinet Vineyard wines and want a consistent supply, our Choose Your Own Wine Club might be for you. You can make your own fully customisable case selection of 6 or 12 and have it delivered to your door once, twice or four times per year.

Why become a member?

Freycinet Vineyard Wine Club members are entitled to many benefits, one of which includes always getting the best prices all year round.

How do I change my order?

Freycinet Vineyard Wine club members can change their wine selection, quantities, and delivery frequency at any time. Click the user icon in the top right corner and log in. Proceed to Memberships in the account details screen and then click on Edit Membership.

How do I cancel my club membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Click the user icon in the top right corner and log in. Proceed to memberships in the account details screen and then click on cancel membership. If you have any concerns please email sales@freycinetvineyard.com.au We're here to help.

Can I skip or pause my membership?

You can skip an upcoming shipment of you membership at any time. Click the user icon in the top right corner and log in. Proceed to Upcoming Shipments in the account details screen and then click on Skip Delivery.

If you are going to be away for a while, send an email to sales@freycinetvineyard.com.au. We can pause your membership indefinetly for you. You can unpause it when ever you like.

When are membership orders delivered?

Freycinet Vineyard dispatches every Thursday morning. Club shipments will adhere to this schedule and be sent on the soonest Thursday. Orders are universally scheduled from your sign-up date based on the frequency you selected. You can view and change your next delivery date by logging in, going to memberships and clicking change date.

If you would like a future shipment to be sent immediately, you can by clicking bill now in the upcoming shipments tab. Orders place late on Wednesdays won't be included for dispatch the next day.

Can I order online outside of my membership?

Yes, you can order online from Freycinet Vineyard's website separately from your club shipments. Your member benefits are automatically applied to eligible purchases. Simply make sure you are logged into our website with the email address associated with your wine club membership before you make your purchase.

How do I log in to manage my Membership?

Logging in is effortlessly easy. Click the user icon next to the shopping cart icon at the top of our website. Enter the email address you used to become a club member with, and you'll receive a six-digit code to your inbox. Enter that code and you're in.

If your email is linked to an active pre-existing membership, you will be taken to the member portal.
