2025 Freycinet Vineyard Botrytis 375ml

This gloriously sweet, decadent, and luscious wine is delightfully charming as evidenced by almost every visitor to our cellar door.

Historically we have produced only 4 vintages of this dessert wine. Select parcels of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay were left on the vines longer to develop the noble fungus Botrytis. The fungus infects the berries and concentrates the sugars by dehydrating them. A medium level of Botrytis infection was achieved giving delicious citrus, apricot, tropical fruit and passionfruit flavours, it is the perfect accompaniment to all your favourite desserts.

Botrytis dessert wines are affectionately nicknamed ‘stickies’ in Australia. Label artwork by legendary Tasmanian artist Tom Samek appropriately depicts this wine style.
