2025 Freycinet Vineyard Field Blend Rosé

Taking our inspiration from Provence in France, our elegantly pale, savoury, dry Rosé continues to delight all who try it. A true 'field blend', it combines the sumptuous blackcurrant flavours of ripe Cabernet Sauvignon and vibrant berry flavours of Pinot Noir with a dash of Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot for added complexity. A small contribution from another 75 red and white varieties from our 'research block' also provide a little 'je ne sais quoi'! Fermented in stainless steel tanks, its generous palate is deftly balanced by a subtle structure and a crisp finish with cleansing acidity.

Hand-picked fruit from our 30-year-old estate vines is gently pressed with minimal skin contact to preserve delicacy and pale colour. The freerun juice is cold settled before a cool, controlled fermentation in stainless steel, retaining purity of fruit and natural acidity. The result is a precise, finely structured Provence-style rosé, defined by freshness, persistence of flavour, and balance.
