2025 Louis Pinot Noir

The Louis range of wines are crafted for everyday enjoyment or for short term cellaring. 100% Estate grown fruit from 31 year old vines are utilised with similar production techniques as for our flagship Freycinet Pinot Noir. To achieve a more fruit driven style for Louis Pinot Noir we mature it for 5 months in French oak barriques with 10% new oak.

The 2025 season has produced a wine with superb concentration and succulent black cherry  and berry flavours, combining seamlessly with subtle tannins, a plush texture and great length. It’s juicy flavours, supple mouthfeel and plush finish give it immediate appeal, and make it an ideal pair with a wide range of foods.
